Ever wondered how to break free from the confines of a small town in a patriarchal society, marred by violence and stereotypes? Join us as we explore this journey and discuss breaking through the experiences of Belarus and its protests through physical and writing practices. Vika Biran, the author of “I am Dancing,” will delve into these topics with philosopher Olga Shparaga and literary researcher Yaraslava Ananka. Brace yourself for a concentrated exploration of feminism, lesbianism, and biełaruskasć! Following the event, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase Vika Biran’s book, “I am Dancing,” in Belarusian.
