Voller überraschender musikalischer Abenteuer und Humor verbindet Brody seine Elektro-Sound-Malerei mit seiner lyrischen Trompete und dem Knallen, Dröhnen und Drehen von zufälligem Spielzeug und Gerümpel, das er auf dem Weg zum Konzert gesammelt hat. Brody recorded well-known writers with various styles and cultural backgrounds and drew inspiration from each poet’s voice’s rhythmic and tonal qualities. Full of surprising musical adventures and humour, Brody blends his electro-sound painting with his lyrical trumpet and the banging, boinging, and twisting of random toys and junk he collected on the way to the gig. The concert is a deep exploration into the heart of the poet’s voice and a playfully eclectic musical performance.
