Сергей Лебедев представит в PANDA platforma свой первый сборник рассказов «Титан»
Сергей Лебедев родился в 1981 году в Москве. Работал геологом и журналистом. Начиная с 2010 года, он написал пять романов, посвященные травмам и «белым пятнам» советской истории, связи советского и постсоветского государственного насилия. Они переведены на 22 языка и отмечены шорт-листами международных премий. Сегодня Сергей Лебедев дебютирует в новом и необычном для себя жанре короткой прозы.
«Помните», – пишет он в предисловии, – «как в начале девяностых был популярен мрачный, городской фольклор, истории о плохих квартирах и домах, нехороших местах, о призраках и духах, барабашках, обитающих в старом жилье? Я думаю, что это общая нечистая совесть говорила голосами того фольклора, это кровавая история российского ХХ века скребла под лавкой железными когтями».
11 рассказов сборника – попытка исследовать этот жанр мистической топографии, в котором неупокоенное прошлое, всегда рядом, за тонкой гранью, и пытается говорить с нами голосами вещей, мест, зверей и людей, взыскуя воздаяния и справедливости.

Sergey Lebedev will present his first short story collection “Titan” at PANDA platforma
Sergey Lebedev was born in 1981 in Moscow. He worked as a geologist and journalist. Since 2010, he has written five novels about the trauma and “white spots” of Soviet history and the connection between Soviet and post-Soviet state violence. They have been translated into 22 languages and short-listed for international awards. Today Sergey Lebedev makes his debut in a new and unusual genre of short prose.
“Remember,” he writes in the preface, “how in the early nineties there was popular dark, urban folklore, stories about bad apartments and houses, bad places, ghosts, and spirits, ghouls inhabiting old housing? I think it was a common unclean conscience speaking with the voices of that folklore, it was the bloody history of the Russian twentieth-century scratching under the bench with its iron claws.”
The 11 stories in this collection are an attempt to explore this genre of mystical topography, in which the ungodly past, always near, behind a thin line, tries to speak to us with the voices of things, places, beasts, and people, seeking retribution and justice.
