Off the wall cabaret duo Kin Chi Kat was born in Mexico, after its members Nick and Kat decided to completely change their lives, closed their club in Odesa (Ukraine) and set off on a journey across the Atlantic Ocean for new experiences.

Kat is a gifted singer-songwriter whose vocals are both reminiscent of a young Amy Winehouse and an old Madonna. Nick is a consummate rapper, showman and certified linguist, fluent in nine and a half languages. Sated by inspiring Latin vibes, they once again travelled to the Old World to record Kin Chi Kat’s first album, Never Cry in Front of Mexicans, with the legendary Ashley Slater (Freak Power).

Kin Chi Kat filmed viral videos with the best Ukrainian and Georgian directors, arranged street jam sessions and made remixes in alliance with the top Kyiv DJ Boosin.

The group released their first single “Seduction” (High On Love)”, and remixers Dafonic and Vaclav DJ Flux Tunkl produced a mix that climbed to the top of the charts of one of the most respected radio stations in Europe – the Czech giant, Evropa 2. In the Czech popularity lists, Kin Chi Kat surpassed Lady Gaga and Galantis. The success of “Seduction” (High On Love)” resulted in numerous concert and festival engagements.

Having barely settled in sunny Italy, Kin Chi Kat are setting out on the road again, this time to Germany and the Netherlands. However, they won’t forget to please us with singles from the upcoming album.

The song “The Meeting” is a tribute to Balkan music and Kin Chi Kat’s true friend Chantel.

At a Kin Chi Kat concert you will laugh, cry, dream and sing, but most importantly, you will feel the euphoric joy of existence.
