Anton Berman: the latest album „TaM“
EN: Anton Berman invites you on a musical journey: between improvised music and songs from his latest album “TAM”. There, where it is loud and quiet, unknown and yet so familiar, meditative and grueling, he tells a story of sounds that will be created live on location in PANDA platforma. It is a personal experiment. And an affair of the heart.
For the concert, Anton Berman will be joined by his musical companion Kostia Rapoport (keys), and other guests.
Anton Berman, born in Moscow in 1983, received his first piano and composition lessons in Russia, where at a young age he wrote several compositions for children and youth theatre projects of the Roland Bikov Group. Since 2000, he has been composing stage music for Staatsschauspiel Dresden, Münchner Kammerspiele, Schauspielhaus Graz, Théâtre National Wallonie-Bruxelles, Schaubühne Berlin, Schauspielhaus Bochum, Schauspielhaus Hannover, Schauspiel Essen, Deutsches Theater Berlin and Maxim Gorki Theater, plus many more. Anton was a full-time theatre composer at Theater Aachen from 2005 to 2008.
Besides working for various theatres, he collaborates with the dancer and choreographer Ido Batash of Les Ballets C de la B in Israel, the dance company ESPZ in Italy, and the choreographer Margarita Tsironi. He is a member of the trio IGRA and the electro-dance band BABA DUNYAH, and is active as an improvisation and performance musician in various projects. Anton is also the founder and director of the International School of Bikeballet and Ballet Design Istanbul.

DE: Anton Berman lädt Sie zu einer musikalischen Reise ein: zwischen improvisierter Musik und Liedern aus seinem neuesten Album “TAM”. Dort, wo es laut und leise, unbekannt und doch so vertraut, meditativ und anstrengend ist, erzählt er eine Geschichte von Klängen, die live vor Ort auf der PANDA platforma kreiert werden. Anton Berman, geboren 1983 in Moskau, erhielt seine ersten Klavier- und Kompositionsunterrichte in Russland, wo er schon in jungen Jahren mehrere Kompositionen für Kinder- und Jugendtheaterprojekte der Roland Bikov Gruppe schrieb. Seit 2000 komponiert er Bühnenmusik für das Staatsschauspiel Dresden, die Münchner Kammerspiele, das Schauspielhaus Graz, das Théâtre National Wallonie-Bruxelles, die Schaubühne Berlin, das Schauspielhaus Bochum, das Schauspielhaus Hannover, das Schauspiel Essen, das Deutsche Theater Berlin und das Maxim Gorki Theater und viele mehr. Von 2005 bis 2008 war Anton hauptberuflich Theaterkomponist am Theater Aachen.
Neben seiner Arbeit für verschiedene Theater arbeitet er mit dem Tänzer und Choreografen Ido Batash von Les Ballets C de la B in Israel, der Tanzkompanie ESPZ in Italien und der Choreografin Margarita Tsironi zusammen. Er ist Mitglied des Trios IGRA und der Elektro-Dance-Band BABA DUNYAH und ist als Improvisations- und Performance-Musiker in verschiedenen Projekten aktiv. Anton ist auch der Gründer und Leiter der International School of Bikeballet und Ballet Design Istanbul.
Kindern und Jugendlichen unter 18 Jahren ist der Zutritt zu Veranstaltungen in PANDA platforma nur in Begleitung einer erziehungsbeauftragten oder personensorgeberechtigten Person in Verbindung mit jeweils einer gültigen Eintrittskarte gestattet. Grundlage: §5 JuSchG
